The Details of Your Office Move:

Details are crucial to ensuring a smooth move! Firstly, we’ll need to know the size (in sq.ft) of your office or commercial space and how many cubicles/computer stations need to be moved. Then, we’ll need to know what other equipment we will be moving, such as fireproof file cabinets, commercial copying machines, flat-screen TVs, gun safes, or any other 300lbs+ items. Additionally, we’ll require details of both building layouts, including a list of any stairs or elevators present and the parking/loading dock accessibility. Finally, please inform us of any move-in/out hour restrictions imposed by your leasing office. We can offer after-hours services if necessary.

Once all your details are received and confirmed, we will reserve and schedule your move! Your appointed crew will be timely and well-equipped with all tools, packing supplies, and protective covers needed for the job. We use neoprene runners or masonite sheets to safeguard floors against damage, but please note we do not provide elevator pads due to size variations.

We can assist with packing any minor desk items if you haven’t already done so. We’ll wrap computer monitors in moving pads and plastic wrap then carefully organize them into commercial SpeedPacks (cardboard bins). These are supplied free on the move day. Large office furniture and cubicles will be taken apart and reassembled for you at your new building. Your crew will also remove and dispose of all the used packaging once your move is complete.
